We sell our products on our website somosfeten.com , on Amazon , and on social platforms Instagram and TikTok . You can also place your order directly through messages on these social media platforms, in the website chat, or on WhatsApp . You can find them at a variety of physical retail locations (beauty centers, barbershops, hair salons, etc.) and in chains like Douglas.

What payment methods can I use to make my purchase?

You can make purchases on our website with your Visa or MasterCard through the Redsys payment platform, with your Google Pay or Stripe account, or through our messaging channels (chat, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp), where you can pay securely through our platform.

How do FETĒN subscriptions work?

Our products are developed so you can use them every day for two months. Our subscriptions are designed so you can worry-free receive your FETÉN products delivered to your door every two months, with no shipping costs (for purchases over €29.90), and with the option to cancel your subscription at any time, hassle-free.

Shipping FAQs

How long does it take for my order to arrive at my door?

Once we've prepared your order in the warehouse, it will take between 24 and 48 business hours to arrive at the address you provided.

How much are the shipping costs?

Whenever you purchase products valued at more than €29.90 and your order is for delivery to the Spanish mainland, we'll cover the shipping costs. If your purchase is for a lower amount, check the shipping cost in "My Cart" by entering your address and postal code.

What happens if I am not at the address at the time of delivery?

Don't worry, but stay tuned! The delivery person will leave you a note with the shipping information and instructions on how to schedule a new delivery date or pick up your order at one of the nearest post offices.

What do I do if I have a problem with my shipment?

If you have an issue with your shipment other than those explained in our FAQs, you can contact us at hola@somosfeten.com , including the details of your order and the issue you need to review, so we can resolve it.

Return FAQs

How can I return my order?

If you'd like to return your FETÉN order, please email us at hola@somosfeten.com and explain the reasons for your request.

Please note that:

  • Returns of orders can only be requested within 15 calendar days following the date of receipt of your order.
  • Only orders that are in their original packaging, properly sealed and in perfect condition may be returned.
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product has a defect attributable to FETĒN.
  • If you want to make a change to your order, we will first have to process the return and then place a new order.
When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive the returned order at our warehouse (under the conditions specified in the previous section), you will receive your refund (less shipping costs) within a maximum of 14 calendar days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used to pay for your order.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse! Hurry and email us at hola@somosfeten.com so we can let you know the status of your order and how to cancel it.

Can I delay my subscription or change my products?

Of course! Simply log in to your profile to delay the shipping date of your next order, change the products you'd like us to prepare, or modify your personal, billing, and shipping information.

Can I cancel my FETĒN subscription?

Of course! You can cancel your subscription to any of our products or sets at any time by accessing your profile on somosfeten.com and deactivating the subscription button. Don't worry, there's no cost to you!

In any case, canceling a subscription does not cancel an already processed order, so be sure to cancel your subscription at least 10 days before your next order date, so we don't catch you with the package on its way to your door!

How are FETĒN products made?

We conceptualize personal care products for men with simplicity and develop them in our dermocosmetic laboratories under high quality standards, free from animal testing, and dermatologically tested.

How do I use FETĒN products?

We've designed each of our products and the user experience for men, making it simpler, faster, and more understandable. On each product label, you'll find a QR code that will redirect you to the instructions on the product page on our website.

When do FETĒN products expire?

In all our products you can see:

  • Expiration date: best before date for optimal use of the product; printed on the base label.
  • PAO (Period After Opening): the product's shelf life once opened; you can identify it within the icon of an open package.
  • Batch: Product identification number; printed on the base label.
Can I travel with my FETĒN products?

We're on top of everything! All FETĒN products—except our Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo and Conditioner—have a volume equal to or less than 100mL, so you'll have no problem taking them in your carry-on luggage anywhere in the world... Don't forget to take a photo and share it with #vidafeten!

How should I store FETĒN products?

To preserve them better, we recommend keeping them in a cool place, protected from sunlight.

What should I do if my skin has a negative reaction to a FETĒN product?

Rinse thoroughly with water, stop using the product immediately, and contact us at hola@somosfeten.com so we can give you our advice.
